Location of Scout Dike Reservoir
Scout Dike Reservoir, the home of Barnsley Trout Club, is on the A629 Huddersfield Road just north of Penistone.
The reservoir is approximately 10 miles from the centres of Huddersfield and Sheffield and just three miles from the Peak District National Park.
There is excellent off road car parking for fishermen at Scout Dike Reservoir with good paths to the banks.
Look for the signs as you approach the Reservoir on the A629.
